Works the numbers for you.
Feed purchases against price, stocks and GMF. Uely puts the offer into the ration, recomputes the threshold price, and says whether the grassland payment is at risk. Formula and inputs in plain sight.

Dropping mineral fertiliser removes 216 kg N from supply and covers the 190 kg surplus. The milk correction removes 163 kg Ntot from excretion.
12 ha × 18 kg = 216 kg N on form D. Table 2a: 34 × 0.48 kg × 10 = 163 kg Ntot (1'000 kg below 7'500). 190 is below 216, above 163. A lower-protein ration cuts urinary N in the barn, but it does not rewrite table 1.

16 is above the floor. Art. 29–32 still limit heavy work. NAV Fribourg 55 h/week. 31 Fr. plus 11.483 % = 34.56 Fr./h employer cost.
31 × 1.11483 = 34.56. Holiday pay, occupational pensions and daily sickness benefit are not in this hour. The farm-relief rate of 32–40 Fr. is not this package. Youth protection applies; the Employment Act 45-hour week does not.
